Scarlett Morris

Scarlett Morris has taught Band, Choir, and General music from PK through the college level. For the last 21 years, she has been the 7th Grade Choir Director at JO Kelly Middle School. She is certified to teach Choir and Band PK-12 and English as a Second Language K-12. Morris has been a consultant across the state of Arkansas, giving professional development training to teachers in music and also educational technology. A novice teacher mentor, she is also a Mentor Trainer for the state of Arkansas. Scarlett is the only music educator in the US that is a certified Emints teacher, which is a certification that combines effective teaching strategies that include educational technology.
